Welk Resorts time share owners were very confused on how to use their ownership benefits and got lost and bored in reading their 50 page manual given to them at sign up. I worked with the Ownership Program Director, the CEO of the company, and the Legal team to brand this program. Together we created a beautiful and more easily digestible program booklet along with flyers and invitations encouraging owners to either come to a learning session onsite or check out our many how to videos in our video library.
